About the service
Sonja provides a service for the purchase of used vehicles. Through our platform you can register your car for sale and receive a price estimate and, if applicable, a binding offer.
Your obligations
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You confirm that you are the lawful owner of the car and have the right to sell it. Inaccurate information may result in the offer being withdrawn.
Non-binding estimates
A price estimate is not a binding offer. A final offer is made after a closer assessment of the vehicle. You have no obligation to accept any offer.
Disclaimer
Sonja is not liable for any losses arising from acting or failing to act based on information from our service. Price estimates are indicative and non-binding.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the website.
